Click on the the blue "community" button at the top of the site.
Click "Create" (please note: this link will not appear if you are not logged in).
The "Submit Community" page will appear and there is a form to fill out some basic information about your community and an upload image option to sort of brand your community. After filling that out, just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "submit" and your community will be created.
After creating a community you can upload the videos you want associated to your community.
