Who owns the pubcasts and videos that are uploaded?

If you have created and uploaded a pubcast, you own it but you agree to license it under a Creative Commons Attribution License v3.0 during the upload process.

If you upload a video that you have created, you own it but you agree to license it under a Creative Commons Attribution License v3.0 during the upload process.

If you upload a video that you do not own, you must verify that you are not violating any copyrights or licenses by uploading the video to SciVee.
