You can use the star rating system that appears on each video, postercast, and pubcast to add your personal rating of it by clicking on the stars that appear in the general tab next to "Rating:" Clicking on 1-5, one being the lowest rating and 5 being the highest rating, when you choose a star rating a message will appear "Thank you for voting" to confirm your selection. Each member is able to vote on each video, postercast, and pubcast only once and that rating is directly linked to their account although it is privately stored.
