Hello again EB08 poster presenters!

If you have not noticed already, we had a soft rollout of your postercasts on 08/08/08. The formal Postercast release will be next week sometime, but we wanted to give you ample opportunity to review and make any adjustments to your postercasts as well as compare your postercasts to the other presenters.

Your postercast videos are now public, but they will be formally announced to the scientific community next week. Please take this opportunity to fine tune your synchronization or upload and add the synch points to your poster if you had not already done so.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions about uploading, synchronizing or publishing your postercast. I am very happy to help you out!

If you do not see your postercast video publicly on SciVee, it is because we did not yet receive a release from you. You will be receiving an email request for a media release. You will still be able to access it with your account username and password. If you do not yet have a username and password, please create a SciVee account and email us your username so we can connect you to your video.

The winner of the contest will be announced on the formal Postercast rollout next week.
